1. How can I get the best price with good quality ?
Our price is competitive .Usually the price is depended on the quantity,design and size ,if you order more the price and shipping will be cheaper.
2. Do you offer samples?
Yes. For small plants(grass, flower,branch) we can offer you sample for free, you just need to pay for the shipping costs. For trees, you just need to pay for twice of the unit price and shipping costs, and the extra one time sample charge will be deducted in the future orders.
3. How to place the order ?
You can contact us on line or on WhatsApp,or by email,any way that you can contact us.We will try to reply you asap. When you confirm the order details,we will send you an PI and you can pay accordingly.
4. What is your payment terms?
Pay by T/T(Bank transfer),30% deposit payment to start production,70% balance payment after production finish before delivery. For some special customized Order,we may need request customer pay 50% deposit to start production. For Order less than US $ 3000,we will need request customer pay 100% payment to start production.
5. What is your production Lead time?
About 3 to 35 days，depending on the order quantity and size of the order.
6. How can we check the good are all well before package and shipping ?
After production finished before shipping , we will send pictures or videos to you.If you don’t satisfy ,we will modify the items till your satisfaction, then pack and ship the goods after you confirm all. This is our responsibility to each customer .we won’t send bad things to anyone
7. If we receive the damage good , how should I do ?

8. Do you have products warranty policy?
We make every effort to customer satisfaction.Indoor plants can be used more than 10 years.Outdoor UV protection plants guarantee 3 years color not fade.Fire retardant plants guarantee 2 years.
